It’s Monday blah, blah blah! How was your workout over the weekend? Hmmm, do I hear silence? *pin dropping* Yep, fell off the wagon again huh? The truth about this whole fitness and lifestyle change is that NO ONE lives a “perfectly healthy” life!
I have to constantly remind myself to get off the guilt trip, that one french fry won’t turn me into the Pillsbury dough boy (or girl in my case 😉 ), or even negate all the progress I’ve made since changing my lifestyle and becoming a Beach body coach! Duuh! SERIOUSLY?! If that’s all it takes to totally throw you off then, it’s time for a REAL SELF CHECK 😦
O. B. V. I. U. O. S. L. There will be times when you can’t workout the way you want or how you want, BUY you can move your body; burn some calories! Let’s NOT get carried away, seeing results is 80% diet, 10% genetics, and 10% exercise! It’s VERY important that you feed your body the proper nutrients it needs in order to work with that kick-butt exercise routine you’re jamming to. 😉
