Yeah for fitness Sunday, Yada yada, and all that! Soo wasn’t feeling the Sunday workout regime today. It was cold and dreary outside and needless to say, I wasn’t ready to feel the burn!
Buut,what?! Stop! Wait a minute, did I just say “I wasn’t feeling” the whole butt and quad burning thang?! Yes that’s right, I NEEDED some inspiration , he he he…I found some with HAMMER AND CHISEL Y’ALL, ha ha. OK I know I’m little nutty but I needed SOMETHING to give me a little ummph especially when I was feeling drained after a long stressful work week.
Anyway! I guess “some people ” *cough* don’t have those issues (sorry about the snark, ha ha, NOT) but for those of living on planet earth, yes you do get tired and there are DAYS where you feel like giving up; DON’T DO IT!! As much as I whine and bitch about it (gotta be real) about, the truth is I’M so GLAD I didn’t give up on myself. Unlike Hollywood and the picture (and snap chat, Instagram, etc) perfect shots and cute “stories” getting fit and staying healthy is serious stuff and the consequences of NOT sticking it out is literally a matter of life or death.
That’s why I rolled my butt out of bed, refused to look in the mirror, downed my mornin’ detox concoction, put on You-tube and burned through my Hammer and Chisel, BOOM SHAKA LAKA! BOOM ! 😉
