It’s not easy but I’ll say it again, IT’S SOO WORTH IT! Once you get started on this journey you’ll find it challenging but it will also make you the happiest  (with yourself and your achievements) that you’ve been in a long time!

Speaking from my own personal experience, although I’ve not hit all the goals I’ve set for myself, I’m HAPPY to say I’M JUST DOING IT👊
That’s right, IT’S A PROCESS and if you’re looking for over night success or some magic pill, I’m here to tell you, you ain’t gonna find it here!
To me, “shortcuts” to achieving good health and fitness are ALL masquerading as so called “meal replacements,  fat burning pills, “fibre” bars, etc😂

That smiley face is my response to that B.S. because it makes me both mad and sad to see soo many people especially women, falling for this stuff because they’re desperately seeking help. This is why I do what I do and I’m happy that people are finding this is a place to be real, committed and EXCITED to change their lives💪👣👊

Bottom line? Nothing WORTH having comes easy or without some amount of sacrifice! Besides, while I’m all for racking up discounts and getting designer clothing for 80% off *wink* (it’s all about coupon save and pixie dust 😉) THAT DOES NOT WORK when it comes to your fitness and health so DEAL WITH IT! Anyway that’s my story, what’s your’s? In the meantime, Happy Thursday y’all and keep fighting! Boom Shaka Laka!💪😉
