So I decided to stop dwelling on the past and things I’ve yet to complete and just knock it out. You know just get things done in spite of my fears and stop spinning my wheels! Everyone has fears, unless you’re just plain ole bat sh*t crazy, or an automaton. Either way, we all have places we’re afraid to go on the inside and we end up handicapping ourselves for no good reason, at least that’s what I found out in my own case👊
So today is yoga stretch and recover day where I relax a little and let my body do it’s thing on the inside! Too much or top many high intensity workouts can lead to damage and or injury, so LISTEN TO your body.😉👂
